Any Bartolotta location can accommodate your party in a number of ways. Private and semi-private spaces can be booked at our restaurants and at our catering facilities. You can choose from a sit down dinner with service or a station party, which allows your guests to mingle and make their way around the room.

Tables can be configured to fit your style. Whether it’s a business lunch at a long banquet table or a wedding with round tables of eight we have the perfect solution.

Outdoor spaces are available at many of our locations a well. You can chose to begin your event outside under a tent and them move inside for a seated dinner or keep the entire event outdoors.  Our gorgeous spaces offer the flexibility to make every event unique.

Venues

The Pilot House (available for daytime or evening events)
Beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows and an outdoor wrap-around terrace offer the most exquisite views of downtown Milwaukee and Lake Michigan. 

Occasions: Breakfasts, Luncheons, Dinners, Cocktail Receptions, Station Receptions, Meetings, Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Graduations, Fashion Shows, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs and many others. 

Capacity:  350 Seated; 500 Cocktails/Stations

Amenities: set menu packages, custom menus, full audio, wheelchair accessibility, custom-printed menus, full-service event planning and production, valet parking, and motor coach parking. 

The Promenade (available at 6pm or later)
Spectacular promenade overlooking Lake Michigan and the Summerfest grounds, it offers both in and outdoor possibilities. 

Occasions:  Breakfasts, Luncheons, Dinners, Cocktail Receptions, Station Receptions, and Special Occasion Functions complimented by the Festival Grounds fireworks displays. 

Capacity:  400 Seated; 700 Cocktails/Stations

The Lawn
Tremendous outdoor area offers the closest venue to Lake Michigan in the Milwaukee area.  Easily divided into two separate parcels, 13,140sf and 22,353sf, or combined into one for 35,493sf of outdoor space, which lends itself to the perfect tented event. 

Occasions:  Breakfasts, Luncheons, Dinners, Cocktail Receptions, Station Receptions, Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions, Special Occasion Functions complimented by City sponsored fireworks as well as the Air and Water Show. 

Capacity:  150 – 5,000 Seated; 150 – 9,000 Cocktails/Stations

The Aquarium (available at 6pm or later)
Surrounded by the grandeur of gigantic fresh and salt water tanks, this relaxing setting makes for the most unique of our venues.

Occasions:  Breakfasts, Luncheons, Dinners, Cocktail Receptions, Station Receptions, and Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions. 

Capacity:  40 Seated; 75 Cocktails/Stations

The Great Lakes Aquarium (available at 6pm or later)
Floor to ceiling vistas of Lake Michigan serve as a magnificent backdrop for the interactive Future Great Lakes Exhibit and Touch-Tanks. 

Occasions:  Breakfasts, Luncheons, Dinners, Cocktail Receptions, Station Receptions, and Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions. 

Capacity:  80 Cocktails/Stations

The Compass Room (available at 6pm or later)
Offers Stunning views of Lake Michigan, and The Calatrava.

Occasions: Rehearsal Dinners, Social & Business Dinners.

Capacity: 60 seated; 60 Cocktails/Stations

Amenities: Patio available for appetizers and cocktails, weather permitting.

The Digital Theater
Floor to ceiling windows provide for a breath-taking view of Lake Michigan’s blue waters.  With the flip of a switch, the room becomes dark, a screen drops and the space is transformed into a digital theater. 

Occasions:  Product Presentations and Launches, Training Seminars, Lectures, Graduations, Award Presentations, Fashion Shows and Wedding Ceremonies. 
Capacity:  134 Seated

Amenities: full audio, wheelchair accessibility, full-service event planning and production, valet parking, and motor coach parking. 

No Food or Beverage is allowed in the Theatres.

Discovery World Theater
This state-of-the-art indoor theater with a stage is your oyster.  The possibilities are endless. 

Occasions:  Product Presentations and Launches, Training Seminars, Lectures, Graduations, Award Presentations, Fashion Shows and Wedding Ceremonies. 

Capacity:  144 Seated

Amenities: full audio, wheelchair accessibility, full-service event planning and production, valet parking, and motor coach parking. 

No Food or Beverage is allowed in the Theatres.

Discovery World Museum
Creative interactive technological exhibits serve as a unique, fun, and exciting backdrop for almost any event. 

Occasions:  Cocktail Receptions and Station Receptions

Capacity:  3,000 Cocktails/Stations

Amenities: full audio, wheelchair accessibility, full-service event planning and production, valet parking, and motor coach parking. 

The S/V Dennis Sullivan
A truly unique opportunity, the Sullivan allows you to experience a Great Lakes Schooner first hand; either dockside or your group can set sail and enjoy the beauty of the lake and Milwaukee’s skyline. 

Occasions: Cocktail Receptions, & Station Receptions.

Capacity:  Dockside Cocktails and Hors D’oeuvres for 80.

Amenities: full audio, wheelchair accessibility, full-service event planning and production, valet parking, and motor coach parking. 

No food is allowed on the boat, Hor D’oevres can be served Dockside.
