Bacchus is available for bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, weddings and
receptions. From the ceremony to the food and the ambiance, Bacchus has all the
elements to make your wedding a romantic and memorable event. With the help of the Bacchus Catering Director, you can have an unforgettable afternoon or evening wedding at our facility. We offer full service planning options.

For Afternoon Weddings, Bacchus provides:

• Use of facility for 5 hours (Guests must depart at 4:00 p.m.)
• Includes the following areas: Bar, Conservatory, Main Dining Room, Private Dining Room, Library and Library Patio
• Use of all tables and chairs
• Valet parking is available for your guests

For Private Evening Weddings, Bacchus provides:

• Use of the entire facility for 5 hours
• Includes the following areas: Bar, Conservatory, Main Dining Room, Private Dining Room, Library and Library Patio
• Use of all tables and chairs
• Valet parking is available for your guests

Guidelines and Restrictions are as follows:

• Management reserves the right to refuse alcoholic beverages to any guest
• Ceremonies may be held at Bacchus. A surcharge applies to all ceremonies
• Music may be played until 3:45 p.m./10:45 p.m.
• A  Bacchus “Wedding Checklist” must be completed prior to the event
• Name cards (alphabetized), table accessories, etc. must be given to the Catering Director at least 24 hours prior to the wedding
• A $1.50/person cake cutting fee applies to all cakes/sweets brought into Bacchus
• All Decorations must be approved by Catering Director

Main dining Room (up to 150 Guests)

• The entire restaurant is available for private events
• Please ask for a quote for the entire restaurant

Lakeview Private Dining Room (up to 56 guests)

• Private Rooms overlooking Lake Michigan are available seven days a week for lunch, dinner or for Sunday Brunch
• Projection screen, hand held wireless microphone, and sound system are features of this room. Other AV equipment may be arranged through Bacchus
• The Library Patio may be used for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres before dinner

THE CUDAHY LIBRARY AND PATIO (Up to 30 Guests)

• The Library boasts a warm, intimate feel with fireplace
• The Patio overlooks Lake Michigan is available for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres
• Ideal setting for live entertainment
  (Live music may be played until 10:45 p.m.)

THE BACCHUS BOARDROOM (UP TO 14 GUESTS)

• Ideal for corporate presentations and board meetings
• AV equipment may be arranged through Bacchus

THE BACCHUS CONSERVATORY (UP TO 85 GUESTS)

• Glass enclosed patio with view of Lake Michigan to be utilized year round
• Available in spring 2006
