ROOM AVAILABILITY
• A variety of private room options are available to accommodate functions from 2 to 250 guests
• Private Rooms have a food and beverage minimum and are available every day of the week for lunch, dinner and Brunch on Sundays
• On Friday nights rooms are available from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m, from 8:30 - 11:30 p.m., or for the entire evening. On Saturday night, rooms are available for the entire evening only. The Library patio which overlooks Lake Michigan, is also available for cocktails and appetizers
• Please ask for a quote for the entire restaurant

ROOM AND TABLE OPTIONS
• Four private rooms are available in addition to the main dining room:
            The Lake View Private Dining Room (56 guests)
            The Cudahy Library (30 guests)
            The Bacchus Boardroom (14 guests)
            The Bacchus Conservatory opening Spring 2006 (80-130 guests)
• Round tables with seating up to 6 guests per table
• A Captain’s table with seating of 6 to 24 people at one table
• Bacchus provides white standard linens at no charge for indoor events
• Colored linens are available to rent for an additional fee
• Crystal votive candles are used for every evening party
• Flowers, table displays, and live music can be arranged through the Bacchus Catering Director

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
• The Bacchus outdoor patio is available for your pre-dinner event. Drinks and hors d’oeuvres can be served in this area, weather permitting (soon to be the glass enclosed Conservatory, available throughout the year)
• The Library Patio offers a stunning view of Lake Michigan and is also available for cocktail and hors d’oeuvres receptions
• Custom designed food stations, appetizer parties, sit-down dinners and special tasting menus are available upon request
• Valet Parking and coat check are available
• AV equipment is available through the Bacchus catering staff
